Painted for collective piece with Bala Plein Air Group of Trailing Petunias, or ‘Million Bells’. Bala in Bloom is a volunteer group of people who tend to the public perennial gardens in Bala. The finished piece will be on display with other art pieces for the Cranberry Festival 2026.
